Ajith Kumar’s Valimai to clash with Prabhas’ Radhe Shyam in Telugu states

However, in a statement to media on Monday, the film’s makers clarified that there was “no change in plans as of now”.

“Times are hard, hearts are weak, minds in chaos. Whatever life throws at us – our hopes are always high. Stay safe, stay high – Team #radheshyam (sic),” Radhe Shyam Director Radha Krishna Kumar wrote in a cryptic tweet on Tuesday.

The Valimai trailer, meanwhile, has caught everyone’s attention. The promo video featured a number of high-octane stunt scenes performed on bicycles, raising audience expectations. Ajith returns to playing the role of a cop, who is straight as an arrow. But when the antagonist, played by Kartikeya Gummakonda, tarnishes his hard-earned reputation, all hell breaks loose. The story of revenge and the redemption of a cop is written and directed by H Vinoth.
