Under the administrative and technical supervision of the FDCP the  PFESO shall be composed of an executive director and 11 members – nine from government agencies andtwo from the private entertainment sector. The members shall come from the: Department of Tourism (DOT); Department of Trade and Industry (DTI); Department of Interior and local Government (DILG); Department of National Defense (DND); Bureau of Customs (BoC); Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR); Bureau of Immigration (BI); Cinema Evaluation Board; and Film Academy of thePhilippines; and a representative each from the movie industry and thetelevision industry. The PFESO will be tasked to facilitate the promotion and marketing of the Philippines aslocation site for international film/TV production; Formulate and recommend an incentive case for foreign film/TV companies interested in shooting films/TV programs in the country. Also integrated into the new EO are programs to assist foreign film companies in processing pertinent documents and various requirements for foreign movie and TV film makers also to coordinate with various government agencies in assisting the entryand move of the foreign producers artists and production crews.
