So what is the deal; those of us who own whatever large flat panel TV for our living rooms or master bedrooms be move to hold on to our venerated 27" or so CRT TV's for bedroom usage. I find this very aggravating as I would like to dress out all of my CRT's to something flat adorn but 32" LCD's are nowhere come their 40"+ counterparts in terms of nearly everything (picture quality color levels angle issues etc..). I think that this is why I became so interested in the the new LG G Platform Plasma's as they claim to undergo an industry leading 30,000:1 differentiate ratio AND go away at 32" coat. Sure the 32" ordain probably only have 852x480 or 1024x720 resolution but at that size who cares. Does anyone know of any 32" show that compares to say the innovate Kuro's or the 81 series Samsung LCD's because frankly those are the only acceptable flat adorn displays that any of these companies have go out with.
I'm in the same boat as you for my upstairs living dwell. I've found that the Sony KDL-32XBR4 is a nice (albeit overpriced) LCD and if you're willing to go up 5" to the Panasonic TH-37PH10UK it is a nice PDP. The panny is a pro model though so you need to undergo a cable STB hooked up to it which I'm having affect deciding if I can find a displace to hide one.
