Adab meminta izin disetarakan dengan beriman kepada Allah dan Rasullnya. Setelah kita menyadari urgensinya maka konsukensi selanjutnya kita akan terbiasa dengan kondisi keteraturan yang secara langsung akan membawa kita ke alam kedisiplinan (Indibath). Maka seperti alur psikologi yang kita kenal melalui ilmu modern yang menyatakan sesuatu yang bermula kebiasaan maka pada puncaknya akan menjadi akhlak. Dan puncak komitmen kita dalam menjaga adab meminta izin adalah kemunculan sifat istiqomah dalam diri. IndibathJika merujuk kepada Al-Qu’ran dan Hadist maka tidak ditemukan kata indibath di sana. Secara etimologi indhibath berasal dari kata dhobth yang berarti komitmen dengan sesuatu. Al-Laits mengartikan dhobth dengan komitmen (berpegang teguh) dengan sesuatu dan tidak memisahkannya. Dhobthusy-sya’i juga berarti menjaga sesuatu dengan kuat. Kemudian Ustadz Fathi Yakan memberikan definisi al-indhibath dengan komitmen kepada Islam dan hukum-hukumnya serta menjadikannya sebagai poros kehidupan pijakan berfikir dan sumber hukum dari setiap permasalahan. Indibath dengan Islam disebutkan dalam beberapa ayat seperti : " (Al-Imran : 200). Termasuk makna ribath adalah menunggu sholat berikutnya setelah menunaikan sholat. Indhibath dengan kewajiban-kewajiban keuangan seperti zakat infak dan shodaqoh. Langkah-langkah untuk meningkatkan indhibath :1. Meningkatkan pemahaman dan kepekaan terhadap Islam2. Meningkatkan ketakwaan dan perasaan akan muroqobah-Nya3. Membersihkan hati rasulullah senantiasa berdoa : (Al-Hadist)Secara etimologi istiqomah berarti meminta tegak atau meminta lurus sedangkan secara terminologi istiqomah berarti berusaha komimen untuk mengamalkan ilmu sesuai dengan pemahaman.
